chocolatey tastey session : )

ma aunt was thinking about selling gourmet chocolates on9...
so to do some research, she asked ma aunt who just returned to malaysia to buy some...



eventual i got 2 learn some chocolatey facts from this tastin session,
like :

1. australian choc is wrapped wif the most layers, cos the security is tight

2. different choc from diff countries show difference in perhaps bitternes, moderate sweetnes or extreme sweetness ( i tink from wad i tasted, the belgian choc wud be the sweetest...)


3. wad makes gourmet choc so nice n expensiv is cos they contain at least 70% - 80% of cocoa inside . they melt faster too, like dis small square box of choc down ere...they start melting rite when u touched them ( n do u noe cocoa is good 4 preventin cancer??? :P )


4. due to competition in the market, wrapping is very important... such as below, the box has chunted brocaded patterns ... n its de oni one bought from a department store...


5. the best chocolates wud be de ones when even though de ingredient is oni chocolate n no truffles, nougat or liquor, they stil taste awfully nice ... like this french one below...

yea... isnt it nice to hav an aunt who sells gourmet chocz?!? lol... de job itself is not bad... dese tasting sessions are so chun...

it was so sinful! i tried every piece wif one or 2 lil bites den pass to everyone else in the table cos there's so many flavors n we wana try it all ... but actually i wud take one whole piece if i liked it...hehe

cant wait 4 another one :)
