its been more than a year since i have posted something.

when i came back and read the past posts,

I've realized how much of good memories it had help me to keep all these years.

Many of it that i have lost touch of remembering because i've mixed it with other unpleasant memories as well.

for new years in 2010, i've noticed that i have put in a 2009 reflection. Maybe i should do one here as well.

And maybe even start my new year's resolution (which i currently have not even thought about at all)

2011 Reflection:-

BEFORE LEAVING...

nine months before i left, many things was a blur to me. i barely remember the details of what i have done. guess it was because i practically just live as i go, not really thinking of what i have been up to or what are the reasons for doing this and that.

However, when i looked back into my fb photo albums, i've realized there is one highlight this year - that is, being 21.

Other than it being known as the big 21 and

the 'matured' age, i have not much to say about it.Being 21 for me, just gives me the thought that i'm given de responsibility to really take care of myself. And for me to choose the path i wanna walk by myself. guess this is partly due to me having to leave in another 2months plus.

But i guess from here you could see that we bunch of 21-year-old monkeys have not exactly grown out of our young age yet. except for ed of course.

LEAVING...

before leaving, i guess i tried very hard to achieve so many things. However all this are not included in being prepared for year 3 in de UK. I was afraid i would miss out alot for not being around - family affairs, the many 6pax outings, etc...

All these are de memories that i would like to look at every once in a while now. dunno y they just give my brain something to feel warm in, especially in this cold weather.

A. The one last family holiday b4 we're all over de place.

to be honest, this was not the best of trips i've been to, although its at de famous Gold Coast, Australia. Cause there were not very pleasant times - quarrels, etc. But when i reflect back now, we did manage to make very memorable little stories here and there.

Like this one, mum and dad's stunts in our tranquil cruise on the brisbane river. I was embarassed to see them posing all this hyper stunts with all de senior citizens looking>.<

Or this one, it looks normal for sis and me. But. Doesn't my dad look sweet in here??

My dear sis here is now enjoying LA life before she goes to Des Moines to further her studies. I wonder what does mummy think to have 2 daughters, one 13 hours (?) flight away in de UK and another 20 hours flight away in de US.

To think how close we have been during our younger years and have been places at all over the place coz of 'university'.

Really didnt see this coming.

B. Another one last trip b4 we're all over the place.

Since i'm de only one end up leaving last year, with ahlon already in Spore and with shell and jon (and ed?) leaving after me this year.

Yeah, we'll really practically be all over de place this year.

C. There were many things i have decided out of de blue to do - making bookmarks, rearranging de room and this, going to genting one last time:

i am so glad that i've been everywhere having mamak, a&w, chatime and every session i've been doing. coz now i have realized de one thing that i cannot tahan for living here is de food. its too much of pain not being able to just go steamboat and dim sum and noodle soup and duck rice whenever i want.

AFTER LEAVING...

after leaving was a whole whirlwind of things coming my way. i was busy trying to cope with classes, environment and getting new friends that things just went with a slight fast forward. there are a few things that i'm really grateful of when i'm here :

A. Yee Wa, Gaya, Laura and Hui Yann

when de decision was long made for me to transfer, i never wondered on how my social life would be like. But now that i have them with me, i am really thankful.

Its true I may find friends of my own if i'm alone, but they're not the same with my fellow malaysians.

Sharing our malaysian food crave together; talking our 'la's, 'lo's and 'wei's together;and exploring this country together. nothing could be better =)

just random chats like this outside of our rooms were small moments but are great memories.

Trying to find our way to each other for two long hours in the london new year's eve traffic wasn't easy. But, it was great sharing 2012's first moments together.

Oh. And this girl. For sharing all de moments from whining about work to traveling around UK together.

Although she's noisy =P, even at de whee hours of the morning and scolded me for not opening her card at the first moments of 2012, she's still a great companion. Thanks =)

B. NTU Malaysian Society - which brought about Joy and Ann as well.

Its said that the Msian society this year is a blast. Coz there is so many of us this year. And i do agree. haha.

Bringing us to fairs, IKEA, food places...

This bunch of people are just awesome.

I wonder why both the things i'm most grateful of here are both Malaysian. Other than de nice cold weather (not-so-nice wind and rain), the ever-changing colours of nature, and the really really really beautiful buildings here, I have really thought of the UK as something great. But guess some things have made me realize why Malaysia is so much better.

Being a Malaysian makes me realize how great our citizens are.

1. For knowing how to be equally nice to everyone although it might not be so on the political aspect.

2. For eating japanese, korean, thai, indian, chinese and malay food all in one nation, unlike here, its hard to get everything in good quality in one typical town.

3. For having a society where all cultures are exposed to us. So that we may know what are the British, Americans, Australians, Japanese, Indians, Korean and Chinese. And not just jumble them up together.

4. For speaking so many languages that we could just use any of it to converse among each other. i really never knew knowing how to speak all malay, chinese and english plus cantonese is such a good thing.

LOL. I've made Malaysia such a nice place to be in. Well, at least this is what i think. England is good too, with quality in education and all, but i guess that comes in a different aspect.

This post is getting longer and longer. Sorry for de messy post. Too long didn't play with all de mechanics of it. I'm suppose to write down my new year resolutions. that would have to wait>.< so lazy to think of them now.

Due to de environmental change, i'm having trouble at staying determined to do some things - like going out to do some errands for work or just writing my dissertation at home but my fingers are turning cold then warm then cold. All this are just too disturbing... Still cant seem to concentrate.

Hopefully i would find my way soon.

crazy week turned my head upside down.

i've learnt my lesson not to commit myself to too many things ever again.
sucks all de energy out of me.
therefore,

stickin out of msid,

avoiding being in-charge of anything for the time being,

quite lazy on making anything perfect ( for the time being too)

woke up from the wrong side of the bed today.

read stuff that made my head more fogged up

cleared up space for my camera too (supposedly a good thing)

20 blogs on my 5-month holiday,
n it ends here.

my journey these months haven't been de best,
but still great.
at least i had de opportunity for this amount of time to be spent however i wanted...
as for the goals i wanted to set,
barely passed on de list of thins that i was set to do:

=( learning up on photoshop n other programmes
=( getting bac to the piano
=( finish writing de novel i started ages ago
=( so many other things that are now forgotten even

de highlights to my holiday were just unforgetable. de things that made me NEVER wanna start class, de things that i gained, de stuff that i can do:

=) australia. the trip is so nice i've dreamt several times about goin bac. wad i've experience cant be described in words. its like stepping in another world altogether
=) being a waitress of de bee! its been more than 2 months working there. meeting new ppl, knowing how it feels to be servicing customers, learning how to make coffee, getting interesting tasting of food sometimes... de list goes on. makes a new part of my life now.
=) reading. since de holidays started, i picked up a book. it became a habit since. there is always a book in my bag now. gone from mitch albom to piles of chinese novels. n now i cant seem to get my hands off at least one book in mph.
=) since i worked for the other half of my holz, i gained $$$. de freedom of using them for several things i've wanted was nice. but somehow, since moving out, my sense of broke-ness seem like it wud be sticking to my head 4eva.

there has been changes n al. like de 6 pacts leaving for this n that. n gathering for this n that too. somehow gives us each a very personal view on what role each of us play in each other lives.

its de beginning of merdeka day.
i spent de first few minutes listening to jay while driving from dsh to jaya one.
am currently hungry for sumtin nice to eat.
hmmmmm
suddenli reminded me of a significant merdeka day a few years bac.
funny how so many years have passed

marianne is sick.
high fever, mycoplasma pneumonia, tubercolosis all came out,
everyone was worried sick,
spending all the time trying to make sure things are ok with her.
today,
she thankfully have a really constant temperature,
hoping n prayin for the best now.

its really the end of the month now,
trying not to remember its sept in another 24 hours
guess i shud just look forward to seeing my thousand bucks pay cheque
n just be happy for my long-avoided results to still enable me to maintain my scholarship
not to forget the free staff dinner tmr...
n also finalli, de amount of sleep i could get tonightttt

august has been really consistent
consistently watchin movie by movie on fridays
consistently working 6 days a weeks
consistently dreaming of holidays
consistently hanging out wif our new bunch of colleague friends
guess tins went on so smooth tat august is slipping away fast.

considering de fact tat ther are so many more cafes/restaurants out ther n i hav landed on 'the bee', it is one in a million on what could have happened.
working ere sure have its disadvantages,
but this few weeks itself has shown me what good things it gave me:
#1 random drinking sessions wif abbie, jared n ujean.
#2 had free drinks treated by de boss
#3 tasting sessions on cakes n stuff
#4 jared whom gave everyone his cute facial expressions n his share of downloaded series
#5 free dinner n entertainment coming up on de following sunday for all cafe staff

guess de listed above is good enuf.
starting from nex week,
hav to take most of de morning shifts thx to peir hung.
sigh
goin to kill him when he leaves on monday

quite a shock.
guess i wud somehow understand that.

when i saw him sitting there in the bee last nite,
it was an indescribable feeling.
seng, jon n aaron himself might be shock at de fact i gave him a hug.
but guess, ther is no other way to express how i felt at de time.

having him around, physically and mentally,
was like sometin we could depend on.
it became too much of a norm to de both of us i guess.

since i started workin ere,

i was thinking how am i gonna spend my salary
furthermore, i stil wan to save
so, finalli came to a stop where i'm gonna buy an ipod touch!
bcoz de cost makes it more worth it than an ipod nano

i hav been workin n working nowadays
furthermore, workin extra lot of OTs this week
so, my legs hurt
bcoz gettin more mooney doesn make it sound so bad

i hav a new bunch of frenz now
furthermore, they could be pretty diff or perhaps similar to me
so, altho they're somewhat different i wud stil like to keep them
bcoz they are stil nice ppl to noe

i hav been a waitress for bout 3 weeks now,
furthermore, wif funny very early or very late shifts at times
so, i found interestin things happening now n then quite fun
bcoz they'll be sometin interest-ly different to put in my life experience

i also have been plannin for de jingly presents
furthermore, preparing sometin extra for some ppl
so, it made budgeting much more difficult
bcoz extra present means extra mooney

i hav been thinkin bout my australian trip alot
furthermore, even dreamt of it many times nowadays
so, i wan to TRAVELLLLL!!!
bcoz it feels niceeee, no burden, juz enjoy

i hav been reading alot, mainly chinese novels
furthermore, thinking if i'm gonna get a photoshop book n colorbook to prepare for class
so, hope i reli wud actualli read those boring non-fiction books
bcoz i wud jus die if i hav to make a presentation bod with zero photoshop knowledge

i am reli unhappy wif the fact tat its august already
furthermore, time is goin even faster since i'm just workin my butt off

yea.
just started my new part time job as a waitress at the bee, jaya one last saturday.
its 6bucks per hour !!!
but it kills ur legs.

when i was form five and finding a job,
i tot de one job i won wanna do is waiting.
then ther i was in de cafe today, rushing all over de cafe in my apron,
taking orders, serving drinks n food, getting the bill.

wad a change.
which made me tink wad made this tot change?
mayb its coz i wanna get off stuff tat has sumtin to do wif design for a while.

after 2 days of work,
realized i need to adjust to society,
tip 1: lettin de chef know tat u dun hav a bf is REALLYYY a bad idea. now its borthersome. GOd help me

de last phase of my holiday month has ended.

from australia, then genting , bk. tinggi after and penang last.

wad a nice month.

but it ended.

by de time i knew it, it'd be my bday then nonstop workin for de new months to come.

well.

however it is,

life still goes on.

adaptation,

always essential for me to survive

penang was fun.

sicne everyone got to go out together .

never tot our group wud be so great on walkin almost de whole day there.

i'm so proud =)

i myself reli enjoyed de beach!

altho de banana boat ride was a shock to everyone,

it was sumwhat sum interesting experience for de trip.

also got to read a book by de balcony when de rest went for breakfast..

wif de view of de beach,

forget bout de underwears n pants hanging on de chairs on de other side,

de natural morning breeze just feels good.

having gone to de beach twice,

got my chances to make use of my hearing.

de sound of the waves are stil as calming as ever.

they wud have to last til de nex time i go to de coastline again.

went to bk tinggi recently,

for de alpha course weekend away...

one of de most hopeful few days of shell n my life has finally came.

auntie n anne finalli accepted de lord.

at least when they said it.

i wasn as happy as i expected i wud hav.

but de next day, after God had His spirit filled in auntie,

i was finally feeling tat great gladness i was suppose to have

guess all along,

wad i reli hoped for for auntie is tat all her troubles,uncertainties and challenging past wud be taken away

simply by de Lord.

wif Him,

life wud be so different for auntie n her family.

both shell n i had tears rushing down our cheeks when auntie shared her testimony.

she was certainly transformed.

thank god

this is close to de lil sumtin i saw

while we had our H.S. moment

while knowing ther is still a long way to go,

guess God simply just wants me to noe:

'well done'

'everything will still be in His hands.

lessons learnt:

i. holidays are great when its long enuf. since de first few days i was bareli sure of wad i'm doin in another country. took me some time to cool down n actualli enjoy. its good for brainwashing too

ii. products such as facial or hair care, no matter how good other ppl say it is, or how expensiv it is, it wont work.

iii. do not pay too much attention to my kinder bueno n forget where my 30bucks credit went .

iv. postpone de date to go genting if ur friend is/was having a diarrhea. never ever feed them garlic toooooo

v. when u knew sumtin is just not right for u, just let it pass, not stick to them.

gues tats it. no more ad. just a few things in mind. =)

its been days since i came bac from australia,

many interestin memories stil nice n fresh...

mum n uncle always asked what i liked most from this trip.

there are many parts reli ...

at de beginning, it was late at night,

i loved de cool breeze outside. wher i had to wear gloves but hav freezing fingers.

de next morning,

i liked de blue skies tat lit de sky delicately

i liked de pretty yellow, apple green n reddish leaves by de roads, in de parks...

i like de lil cafes tat served de aromatic tea n amazing croissants....

i liked de time when i could climb up de monkey bar like some crazy 5 year old girl just having fun

then when we went to de forests,

greens never fail to giv its charm

its a funny tin tat they hav so many mushrooms in de otway national park.

they each look unique ,

n sumtimes, o-shi ! (delicious)

it was so cold,

n fire kept us warm during de dark nights.

( p/s: but i didn like de smoke tat is produced tho)

then came de great ocean driive,

de blue turquoise seas ...

de sounds of de waves,

became de remedy to my inner frustrations since a long time ago

(de baby mussels we saw by de beach)

voted most favourite moment:

fresh golden delicious from de tree eaten under de tree !

despite all de climbing up n down,

de best part of it is always at de peak!

finalli, bac from 5 days of camping,

homecooked food is de best!

but after de long or short times we've spent togetha,

de more i stay in aust, de more i tink de msian government isn doin so well..

de whole day aunt has been bringin us ther n ere while tellin this is done by the melbourne council or sumtin.
pretty gated playgrounds, space to skateboard, community centres wif pools, gyms, baths, etc...
de clean roads. not to mention de fines they give when u pass a red traffic light. n they dun exactly have tolls, since u just pass thru this light tin when u enter the highway n they mail de charge to u.
de roads are super wide too...

why....
bac ther when almost everyday i yearn to bathe, meanwhile ther is no need to bathe ere.
its getting dark outside when de clock ere points 5.30pm.
went to de park in the afternoon without de need of worrying of the sun...
ahhhhhh
arrived de airport n all i wanted was to go out to de cold.
yeahhhh...

tat is why, makes me consider on migrating. anywher. even china wud do. wif de cooler weather.

goin for a movie tonite. church tmr EARLY MORNING , then heading to uncle's beachhouse which is a few hours drive away...

a very good morning ( australian style )

just had a nice talk wif tim, my cousin,
n now using his comp..

after such a hassle at the msia airport, then security checked by cute men n quite a long ride on de 4-lane highway,
am currently stayin in uncle's house, a town house,we dun have these in msia,
quite interesting, apparently uncle sing participated in the design...

aunt's going to bring us out for some coissants tmr.
yeah...
then go to a toy library
???
free toys wei...

so far this is de itenary i noe...
its ady 2am ere...
after almost 8 hours of flying, wif absolutely nothin to do but sleeping,
i'm wide awake now.

yea!!!
shall entertain myself wif de comp ere...

yesterday n today were both tiring days.

cos yesterday was one-day-with-mum-at-work-day >.<

n coz today aunty wanna go for de last day of jusco day ^.^

yesterday morning, went wif mum n jo to meet de contractor at sentul at 9am.

i'm glad de contractor is nice. not some scary man.

only thin that bothered me there was that mum n uncle Kuldip (the man in-charge of NS Alpha) both just wanted to use buntings everywher cause they're cheap n useful in the same time.

if i didn stop them, the shop wil jus look like some tuition place promoting the classes they have.

next i followed mum walked over to this other shoplot which is actually a school for de poor.

its a reli interesting concept, that even unicef was there to learn how to work the same thin.

the headmaster's office come library was airconed . in the same floor, its a cafeteria!

its run by the students itself, Sumanians i think. teachin them how to cook n bake to open shops in the future. other floors are all classes.

two of these shoplots give space for 700 poor or abused students. FOC wei. including uniforms summor.

was thinking of voluteering for tat afta coming bac from australia.

Upon arriving Alpha Malaysia, i didn hav much to do except for making a few calls, sticking a million stamps of a thousand envelopes and serving everyone brownies topped with ice cream.

after comin bac for bout an hour of nap, we had dinner n left to new covenant assembly to conduct an alpha intro.

after i came bac, somehow things felt different.

yesterday was a real eye opener.

how ppl try to do their best for God with all their strength despite the low salary they get.

for all this ppl they have deep passion of love for.

on today,

the whole world was at 1u at every corner of the mall emptyin their pockets ferociously.

with all the discount in the world, we, this bunch of gals, came oni to aim at bras.

yeah...so we came home wif over 200bucks worth of bras, of every color!

"bra-bra-bra !!!" , said Jenny while leaving Jusco.

lol...

we got other stuff too!

shell n i have new fluffy white pillows to sleep on tonight!!!

while everyone changed to new vibrant colors of bedsheets ...

plans for de holidays...

a main part of the beginnin wud mostly be dealing with the sentul shop design ...

hope de wall design won take so much of my time...

afta me 11-day trip to Australia in anotha 10 days, everyone wud be free!

then suppose to have made plans to go holiday somewhere local wif de roku-ichi pax (6-1 pax!)

after tat comes july, meaning work work work...

hope this internship won swallow me into a black hole.

i still very much wan to enjoy my FIVE-month holiday, to de fullest.

things to do in me holiday:

#1 - allocate time to reli laze =P hehe...

#2 - finish up de 1500 puzzle !

#3 - get stuffs ready for aust - flip-flop, wash me shoe? , long johns( is that how we spell it?) and lotssa cold medicine. since already goin to sleep in tents n al. plus i'm plannin to try dipping myself into de cold australian beach =D

#4 - learn up photoshop. i reli tried a few days ago... but so many tools.. watch oso quite boring le...ah-lon onii-chan must be very interested in it to self learn so much till now...

#5 - i'm suppose to beautify the porch for auntie. starting from seedlings would take 4eva ! so, reli dunno how to start.

#6 - make sure everytin in the Sentul shop wud look pweety. since mummy ask me to do de job...

#7 - suppose to re-learn de piano... but i'm not near one everyday...wud be a difficult task tho...

five months mite seem long . but i'm so afraid it'l pass too fast...

all de work in projects raised a certain fear perhaps...

that i mite not have de heart to do enuf, or actualli, more than enuf for de scholarship...

also not to forget projects wud always be in our head every single second of de day...

handling lecturers is another problem too...

after all, i'm not tat of a genius when it comes to being creative or color combinations n al...

might just get a nervous breakdown like de last time....

yea... just hope these five months,when i could do anything! that it'l be satisfyin enuf. so tat it'l be my driving force to do my best for anotha year of the worst things to come .

its been a month plus being in 2010...
a very down start...

hoping de time when i say 2010 ends wud come soon...

in de year 2010, Monsta enter de house, creating much chaos in the house.
everyone start to shout early in de morning :"MONSTER!!!"
somehow became my morning alarm.
Monsta is reli adorable, like now, he's on his back given a nice scratch by auntie's student.
its nice to stare at him, especially during hard times.
feels like he noes wad is goin on...

Another adorable person i saw recently is my youngest cousin, chloe.
when 'twinkle twinkle lil star' is sang, i could get a thousand shots on her smiling.

2009 Reflection:-

a. moving in to Shell's
yeah. this wud be de most obvious one...its been a year and a month since i've had a new 2nd home with a bonus of a 2nd family. guess living with 2 families isnt exactly sometin everyone could experience. somehow, made me realize, families really do have differences, in terms of communication n even in aspects of dining. since i came in, ther are pros n cons. there were the family-time balancing dilemmas, de housework routines(in which i stil need to cope on the system), de mooney crisis, de lack of biological family's attn, etc... hmmmmm... life is not perfect i suppose... however, wif this 'loud' 2nd family that i hav, its reli sumtin special tat i appreciate =)

b. foundation vs. university
my frens n i hav made our move to being undergraduates. ppl around me hav start to feel the tension from the stepping stone they decided to thrive for. doubts obviously come along. its hard. as for me, foundation was tough, university was like stepping into some sinking sand. with time, i've manage to still keep myself at a safe level above surface. hope can at least remain ther for some time.

k now, 3 is already pretty long. other stuff like de 6pax: from how it looks, we, dis bunch of monkeys, are pretty much stuck together for life... yupe.. crossing my fingers.

initially,
i tot foundation was jus a short year...
so nothin had happened much...

last nite,
after writing 2 hours of diary,
got myself stuck into seeing my photo albums...
at first i see images tat created doubts in my mind...
but slowli,

took me bout 2 hours to finish..

on de first few hours of 30th of july,
i was goin thru one of de toughest times i have in my foundation...
had not much time to be all excited to be flyin to an island wif a pretty beach n al...

but rite afta i could actually submit everytin n actualli made my way to lcct ...
altho i stil had tat heavy head full of scars of workload wif me...
i felt much better...

de flight was delayed for 2 times till we had to depart at 3.10pm...

de unforgetable lil parts tat i didn expect to turn out ,
for every moment, i just wished tat time wud go slower...

altho i initially reli didn wanna wake up from my nap to go such a faraway place- gardens...
but it was one of those days wher i reli enjoyed,
layin my work aside to sing n sing n sing...
felt great...

de girls oni outing was fun...
we can sing any language we want...
fortunately, anne likes de chinese songs, so i dunnit to go dig myself :)

our michael jackson dancing lessons came to use during ironing sessions...
reli like leo's 10 minute song too...

we had nice dinner too...
compared to de curve's,
this is much better...
de few tins i liked was de SOUP, de sushi n de mango pudding
it was very filling indeed...

it was a nice day to rem...
been so long since i reli reli relax...

went thru 2 hard weeks,
n now i'm at a very temporary relief of finishing one project...
afta seeing other people's work,
i hav came to realise i've brought de sleepless nitez upon myself...
this is jus cos i happen to always do detailed stuff.
makes it take a very much longer time...

last weekend,
i went for a photography hunt...
first was at pd, drove ther at 4am in de morning...
thanks to aaron we could find a decent beach we could settle by sunrise...

it was a pretty sight,
wif de sound of de waves still singing in my mind

a lil sumtin i saw ...its not grapes btw...

its nots as big as it looks
afta pd, my mum was very nice to have took to time to bring me up to genting on tat same nite...
de nex morning, it was her tat woke me up to another sunrise...
personally, i think i wud be utterly lucky to actually be able to witness a reli pretty sunrise in msia coz both my trips weren reli as expected...

afta tat mum took me to batang kali,
it was a nice morning to take pictures....
haven realized i could take such clear waters wif its colorful stones underneath...

my last photography hunt ended up at a reservoir on de way back to kl from batang kali..

lastli,
when we stop by oug to pick up yun,
i saw not one, but TWO fairladys...
i prefer de silver one...
its ther n i could drive..
wat a pity...

3 weeks of sem break flew by so quickly...
of coz ther are happy tins that i've done n de bad tins that happened..
i tot it shud be nice to make a checklist...

1. Genting trip wif 9 clasmates
b4 my sem break reli begun, it was already kick-started wif a nice stay at an awana suite. altho i tot ther were many of us tat were yet to finally realise that we're REALLY in a holiday, it was somehow quite refreshing that we have no otha tin to do other than taking pix de whole day...

2. Reading de twilight saga.

i have finally got de time to read this series of books that everyone is talking about...i'm down to breaking dawn now...around 20 mor chapters left...actually planned to finish everything last week, but failed due to other tins to do...

3. finishing my drama...

i've actually re-watched the mischievious princess due to de fact tat de web site for de drama i was suppose to watch had some technical issues... stil hav to catch 3 mor episodes of boys before flowers....

4. de new book i got...

tot i would need to brush up on some artistic skills, so mum bought me this literally reli thick book... but i'm oni until bout page 50 ...yeesh...

5. genting trip wid shell, seng n cc...

de 3 days 2 nitez took al ma money away... i can forget about LAN subjects ( mor den happy to do so since its actualli taught in BM in KBU) these 3 days were mainly compose of de breeze and de very easy going itenary... we wan sleep den sleep, wan movie den movie...

6. al de movies...

de group always randomly wanna watch movies...from shopaholic in de mid of early morning to fast n furious in de mid of de evening ... they were all de lil joys of having a holiday...

7. stayin wif de family...

initially, i tot its a bit troublesome to stay for a few days...i wud be up to nothin other than stayin in de room occupyin wid wtv i hav...
on monday, my mum woke me up at 10am for mamak, de rest of de day was al readin n watching...
on tuesday, ma dad had his turn to wake me up for breakfast in de morning... i was so sleepy i slept thru lunch ...
on wednesday , ma mum woke me up again so tat we could go see cars since she said her honda stream is goin to be in de age of deprivation in 2 years(tel u when she chooses cars, its so ma fan, this cannot tat cannot, i almost died in de heat) end up stickin to de same car anyway...finally was able to go back afta dinner in oug wid shell n seng...
altogether, de tin i miss most on living wid de family is of cos, de family then de comforts of a home ( de homecook food, de limitless use of electricity for laptop, aircon n al...)

8. a day of ironing...

on thurs, plans to go out end up being just a day of ironing al de clothes tat piled for weeks was plain but enjoyable..plus goin for shell's dinner at 12am til 2.30am at macds, then doin some work in tat reli chilly restaurant was somethin i haven done for long...but ma fingers seriously needs a spa still...

9. grocerying yesterday...

yesterday, we went ming tien for dinner, everyone had funny wif de spicy sausage as well as de large mugs of drinks ( seng'a not gettin a large eva again) ... then we went 1u... b4 grocering, we were having some fun lookin into those long satin-like dresses....it felt expensiv by jus wearing it... dun tink i wud be able to get my hands on tat til at least 8 years later... it has been weeks since de shoppin was this fun too...grocering was funny without de basket or trolley, we had free ice cream for de hard work :) thx to auntie...

10. sis' birthday party...

afta spendin on al de credit, de day finally came...de cake from patisserie was pretty as usual...de frens tat were invited came as asked...which was good...altho she didn get chilis, i hope she had a good time...

de 3 week holiday had passed... its not short nor its long enuf... many things i still wanted to do... however, cant change anythin... overall, it was covered wif much gladness n its joyous moments ther n ere so i'm honestly happy about it....

i hav bout 2 hours til de 20th of april, its ma sis bday (happy burfday !!! :D ) as well as my first day of 3rd sem... hope it all goes well, from academics to otha stuff... this is de oni wish i have for dis coming 14 weeks i hav to go thru...

first weekday during sem break...

today,
i decided that i shud make good use of my break...

so i hardworking-ly joined the field trip to kl design week..
mayb its due to de fact that we didn go every single venue of dis event,
i didn get to see as much as i expected.

we went to cap square to see many many artworks...
highlights were like:

made of recyclables...very pretty...

real australian crystal embedded onto logs for jewelry promotions

named de hexa project.. notice de pair of eyes? there were many of them in this dark room... creepy..
a lil sumtin fca26 did... just life-size , n mor color which is made of newspaper...

afta tat we went to de bac of cap square n saw:

lecturer took a picture of me smilling happily wif it,
hope she doesn expose it to de public n embarass myself...

next, we went to de national art gallery...
tat circular staircase almost got ma legs to break...

however, no pix were allowed...
one section that i reli enjoyed was by de japanese illustrator-aya kato...
they were vibrantly attractive japanese illustrations ...

later in de day, i came bac afta fetchin shell....
she spent quite some time wif de free condom i got from de 'dont panic' package...
she went touchin tat oily thing wondering how long tat tin is ...
gosh...
i couldn even stand de sight of it...
well...
shell mischieviously filled it with water n was shouting from de kitchen on how de water wouldn come out ><
then she threw it in de dustbin...
i dunno how eventually she took it out, filled it wif water, n let everyone see how it looked like a water-balloon...
de best part i liked was that i somehow realised how de condom worked to keep de semen inside...
so...
i said:"oh...so thats what happens when guys ejaculate..."
upon hearing wad i said, shell ran to de kitchen wif de condom on her hands,
emptyed it n threw it away within seconds...
LOL LOL LOL...
i laughed my heart out cos of her reaction...

rest of day was spent on cuttin ma hair...
its reli short now..
havin a cute,decent,patient guy to giv me a cut, LONG full-head massage and blowdry gives an interestin feeling...

i felt so sorry for him cos i was so paranoid on how my hair wud look tat day...
since then,
he always has this smile on his face whenever he sees me...lol...

its unofficially my 2nd sem break now...
for de past term,
i've been busy wif projects, drawing assignments, a competition n lots more...
at tat time, every second my mind was occupied wif wad work i have to do or finish...

when this sem started,
i sorta had tat so called habit in me tat i think ther is stil some unfinished business i had to do...
even adam, a classmate tot so...
we were at genting since yesterday evening til this evening...
n we stil cant fully let go tat we hav nothin to rush for anymor...

think afta 2 semesters of this course,
each end of de sem ther is a survey tat asked what we think and what we learnt from each module...
if i were to be asked wad i had learnt from de whole course,
i wud have answered:
de one thing i really learnt is to treasure time...
each n every second...
there is barely enuf time in this course to juggle for de projects,
however ther is stil family, friends, rest, entertainment n whole bunch of other stuf...

yea...
one more sem passed...
gosh it was hard...
but at least i didn regret as much as i did in sem 1
i tried ma hardest in de 2nd proj - poster design, to get that B...

but in de end i got sick by de end of it..
it was a hard week to pass since i stil had to juggle wif de final project which i couldn delay since it involved a group...
those bitter chinese medicine sucked...
a reminder to all readers to sleep well n drink more water ya... u won wanna get mumps in de mid of al de projects...
However, i stil enjoyed reli much tat i had de ability to make guys impotent...lol...

my heart feels somehow heavy to say bye to it...
but however, i'm very much relieved...

at de beginning
i recalled when i decided to take this course called foundation in art n design,
i reli didn noe wad was coming...

now that i hav spent 8 months in it...
everytin pretty much changed...

i turned into a person tat does things super fast...
dun tink i enjoy food as much as i did anymor ( excluding soup cos they're special,since they remind me of de nice proper home i use to have)

i turned into a person tat oni has 3 main tins i can afford to juggle wif -
academics(a big part of it), family(which i start to miss recentli, neva tot it wud reli strike me this much) and de 6 pax ( this sorta includes auntie n anne too)...
its like de triangle of ma life..

i turned into a person wher most of de ppl around me worries for me...
it has been quite some time wher ma mum said tat i dun hav to get good results...
ma bez fren n godma practicalli babysits me when i am reli rushin for a proj..

which leads to...
i turned into a person tat keeps many tins to myself..
to keep tins low so tat ppl won worry so much...

i turned into a person tat has to sacrifice de quality of ma work jus for about almost everytin else i wanna do...
this includes play, family, special times dedicated for any certain individual or other stuff...

i turn into a person tat have to say infinite times of sorries to ma liver...
i practically dun sleep at de rite time whenever a proj is on..

i turn into a person who spends oni less than 30 bucs on phon bills per month...
it wud hav been a record if it were b4 i joined this course...
now i hav so much balance in ma account i can call ppl as much as i want...
tink de main advantage tat i have mor money to spend encourages me to maintain this...

it was just yesterday that this so called chinese valentine inevitably passed by my days...
well..
it is all together a very interestin day...

God is giving me too many surprises in 2 days...

on chap goh mei,
i was dragged to a veli smelly house in subang...
to get no angpau ...
we were very bored ...
which led us to fly straight to 1u for some shoppin...

voir was my last resort after roundin inside out of de mall,
surprisingly i finally got my precious pair of white sandals!!

my blak eyez.. haiz...i luk like ghost...

later on,
my family n i went for a nice dinner to celebrate my dad's bday (in which i regreted forgeting all about it) at ss2 ...
it was some full expensiv korean dinner together wif too much of weird free stuff like pumpkin desert...

upon returnin to ma 1st home,

my dear godma practically screamed from de gate to go out ...
lol...
it was an incident i wud keep for life...

godma screamed in excitement XD
it was golden...
de reason for me to throw tat orange was quite confusing...
i say can throw without de number since de pen won work on de orange...
shell tot i wanna throw wif number so she went carvin ma number on de poor orange...
de complications eventualli led me to throwin it anyway...

i REALLY tot no one would get it since i threw so far n so many oranges were abandoned in de lake...

afta makin a wish wif a candle at de lake n pao-ing one gam,
we flew to tin hou gong...
shell said she neva saw so many lanterns in her life...
as for me , i'm not so sure...

da guy started talkin,

in short,

think its coz i got a mental disturbance after knowin that i'm one of de ten chosen for this kl design week competition...

itz de fifth day of cny,
turns out tat many interestin tins tat happened...

2nd day of cny,
ma family n i had a long trip to rawang n ...
saw dis very pretty scene :-

such tins made tins feel temporarily beta

afta tat,
we rushed bac to see de quite boring rm300 performance...
mum said i could hav used them for shoppin ><

afta nice soup for dinner,
my family n dunno how many aunties n uncles plus 2 mor cousins went to catch red cliff 2 at 9pm
de show involved too many dead ppl for my taste...
but however,
i take bac wad i said in de last post,
altho it is simple,
ther IS cny deco that luks quite impressive,

on de 3rd day of cny,
my family,4 cousins, 1 aunt, 3 uncles n rocky de german shepherd went to gopeng 2 spend one nite ther...
tat day involved just a nice relaxing trip to de waterfall...
on de 4th day,
we went for de highlite of trip - white water boat rafting....
it was all reli fun
except for de body rafting which knocked n scratched ma poor back bone..

de place was nice..
reli interestin environment to stay in,

my car boot was practically filled wif stuf this mornin when i had to move to oug for about 4 days...

the coming of cmy involved lotssa shopping for ourselves...

las saturday, shell, anne, aunty n i went to times square for a full day of shoppin!
unfortunately, i oni got like an interesting green n white blouse n also a crop jacket...
cant find de bag n sandals i wan :(

afta shoppin, we strolled to pavillion for the biggest forever 21 n also the cny deco..
forever 21 ther was reli ornamentally decorated,
very pretty...
pavillion was basically decorated at the entrance wif lotssa cherry blossoms oni...

we went to starhill nex,
i went ther b4..
but neva went in de toilet,
till anne said to do so..
n it was reli creative...

think during this 2-week holiday of mine,
i've been stayin at shell's place at least 3 quarters of de time,
think this week i wud be stayin here mostli fulltme,
since i ady set ma workplace ere,
its not nice to move ad...

dis days,
life has been on afternoon n late-nite plans,
last nite was watching yes man,
which in ma opinion,
jim carrey is stil an annoyin person,
i oni like de main actress in de show...

today,
de 6 pax became health concious,
we went for badminton!
instead of playin singles, or even doubles,
we, de 6 pax, played triples wei...

we so chun XD

edwyn took out his glasses so he was a bit blind, so funny...
shell had a bad ankle so i was practically covering de area in front of wher she stands while cc took de area at de back..
seng loves to just stand, n occasionally swing around n also stick to de net...
cc n aaron took their roles as de main players of each group, hitting everytin tat de front 2 wouldn or couldn catch...

we were a funny bunch la...
lurved it :)

we were suppose to lose weight,
but afta tat went macd pulak...

now,
cc n aaron luked ok,
shell is havin an even worst foot,
seng is gonna complain pain pretty soon,
n me, a reli bad right arm,

my dear frens n i had an all-singles outing today,
for de 3 main reasons we've had in our heads,
we watched quarantine...

its disgustin, gross, ewwww, yuck,
then its eerie, horrific, scary,
plus goosebump-provoking

gosh...
its been long since i've watch a horror movie, at least 11 months ad...
de sounds of skin, flesh,bones,tissues tore and bitten, not to forget de non-stop screaming sounds gave me de deepest and most fearful creeps...
i was hiding ma face behind de pretty yellow popcorn box de whole time
by de end of de movie, de helpful box (mor helpful den cc since he's occupied on both sides >.< ) turned quiteee flat...

well...
afta tat, shell n i decided to turn off de horrible tots by doing some serious shopping...
many christmas gifts were bought b4 we went for pizza hut...
by de time we finish, most shops ady close...
so sad i cudn finish buyin my wrapping stuffs again...

jus several weeks passed from sem break
and i currently hav to re-adapt to this new stage of life i've put myself into...

from the aspects that i knew it couldn be changed,
gettin on is de oni option i'd hav...

altho afta all that happend,
now its de awkwardness and adaptation that are being faced ( i shall not speak 4 de otha side) ...
many things have to be recontructed for this change...
many tots have to be taken away ...

but for one i noe, all things take time...
i'm sure God wud help me thru this...

n oso not to forget ma dear frenz...
who willingly started to spread the butter reeeelllliiii evenly onto the waffle....
it melted slowly onto every part of that 6-inch waffle,
they continued by added the maple syrup ( 2 rounds)
and lastly they finally cut waffle into bite sizes ....
shell n seng stuffed me wif those unexpectedly unsweet waffles....

thx anywayz...

altho u 2 were de ones who were craving for sweet stuffff :)

b4 i decide to follow my initial schedule to sleep afta lunch, i decided to giv ma stomach some time to digest de food first...

1stly, ma coll started again... now we're in a 7-week proj ( includin de 2-week holz in dec )
de proj was to design a 3d character on the 2 main elements given...
TECHNO PORCUPINE
what's first tin tat wud pop into ya head ???
mine was close to blank...
afta some research, i dunno how techno could be one of de 7 popular cultures...
its juz music, no fashion no nothin...
research results oso tremendousli way less than other pop culturez

2ndly, in drawing clazz, i start to learn bout sumtin called anamorphic design...seeing de pix below u wud straight get wad is it about...
it is quite eerie when we did it but interestin in de same time...
ma lecturer was plannin 4 our class to do one in coll after our 4 weeks of drawing classes since malaysia sadly doesn hav such tins...

3rdly, recentli i had to make trips to petaling street to take pix of de shophouses ther...its 4 writing an analysis on the types of influences from the western countries in Malaysian shophouse...ma last trip was tiring...plus it was rainin... maybe i'm goin ther again this week for de macd shot n some tins that i've missed...

but seng said ther was a difference, ma tolerance level had increased...

i've been 2 a series of gentingz tat i tot it became ma 2nd home
getting slightli sick of it ad... but de aaiiiiiiirrr ther is sumtin tat is always lovely to hav
its fun in different ways la...

#1 - End of oct i tink, it was de one wif ma new group of coll frenz which i did blog on it b4....

#2 - In sept, my dear frens decided to go up juz for de breeze...

so ther we were, enjoyin de breeze..
we oso did sumtin extra ordinary in tat part of the world...
when ppl were playin n gambling,
we poor ppl decided to camwhore...

on saturday, i was tinkin on how to ask my mum to go gentin on tues

i was tinkin 5 days straight bac 2 bac genting trips....
luckily ma mum let me go on tues la...

it was quite boring on sunday itself,
but on monday, my mum, two sis n i together my uncle who came bac from aust went to batang kali n had a great splash..

its been long since i've blogged...
many tins happend in a row tat i didn get to blog...

on fri de 26th was wendy's bday
it was a masquerade held at the grand centre hotel near pwtc..
haven got hold of de pix yet ler...

nex wud be ma MALACCAN TRIP!!!

i went practically everywher...passin a few places mor den once...
shell n i drove ther departing at 10.30 in de evenin...
reached around 12.45 i tink...
altogether de drive was quite smooth wif us arriving safely at shell's grandma's place...
on sunday mornin, ma elected malaccan tour guide/ bf since de 17th :) came n fetched me to those historical buildings
such as the tower clock, etc...

next was jonker street...
i had no idea y melaka was banyak banyak panas ooo...
yong kwang bought me a nice blooo cap to block de burnin sun

afta jonker was nyonya lunch together wif some veli sweet cendol....

tink it was de air con tat led us 2 de tamingsari building...
*it was named so cos at nite, de top wud hav lites of a handle while de rotatin tin wud hav lights of top of de handle, in de end ul have de sword-like image*
it was worth 10 bucks for de whole ride...
each minute which passed cost one precious buck...
de rotating tin was actually quite fun...
got to see de whole of hot malacca in one ride...

afta tamingsari was a nice tour to wher yk worked b4 -brans outlet
then some shoppin at pahlawan in which i bought i brand new wallet!

afta restin we went for a veli tragic movie at i tink, melaka mall ...
MONEY NOT ENUF 2...
believe me...
de movie is not wad it seems ...

afta de sad movie, we went 4 dinner near old newton...
later, went lookin for de boat ride at de river afta tat ,
but didn end up gettin de stations wher it stopped right...
so no boat ride...

afta savin a turtle near de ship,
we left for yk's fren's bday gatherin at macds....

afta havin our share of new york cheese n teasin on helmets n al,
we went to cathay bridge...
its de mos be-uuuu-tiii-fullllll bridge i've seen in a veli veli veli long time

de boat we missed...

afta cathay, las destination of de day was at de portuguese village's beach
it was a time of reflection, relaxation ,etc...

on de following day, i followed ma dear bez fren to her hometown called jasin...
she mentioned it was a one road town n so, in ma imagination, ther was a road........
but suddenli when i go ther, ther is a mall wif many many many road...swt...

we spent de res of de hot aftanoon watchin my fair princess...lol
then i dragged ma bez fren n her sis all de way out to 'de jetty'...
they said malacca is boring...
i decided to let them see de mor interestin parts of tat state i neva knew :)

the jetty is dis karaoke place rite on the sea itself...
to get to de end of de jetty, they provided buggy rides, which at least i tink was reli interestin...
rite at de corner of de jetty, was a cafe, wher u cud see de sunrise while eatin n listenin to easy love songs...
it was a reli pretty place...lurv it...

we bought twin outfits to be worn ere :P

afta karaoke, went bac to get free dinner ...heehee
then yk n i continued our exploring n ended up goin far away jus to see dis twee:

we speed bac for yamcha wif yk's bunch of frens ...
making plans for de trip to genting...

end of anotha day, anotha beach...yea!!!
this time wif proper sand ...

4 everyone's info,
i'm terribly busy now wif occasional few issues that happened ere n ther....

but thanx to shell for de recent one,
i went thru it jus fine :)

afta tat sumtin happened,
shell was so nice n to noe tat i needed a drink
then i went al de way to fridays in sunday jus to be told by the waiter that they're not serving alcohol for 18 year olds...
de tremendous urge brought shell n i to fly unexpectedly to bangsar's d'haven for a few glasses of tat bitter taste i needed...

afta de 2 drinks i had, shell drove us bac...
cos i was had slight *oni slightly !* motion unstability...
i tot i was gonna die when she almost hit de car parked in front of us...
but we lived thru it ...
yea....

nowadays, i cud bareli sleep enuf...
each nite either bout 2 3 hours of sleep or none at all....
jus to do stuff like these :

kayz...refering to de post title today, i went Genting, again...
but wif a very very different bunch of frenz...

de story starts at bout 6pm on the recent tuesday...

we had this... if u cud guess wher izzit...
woan theng, louis, yung kwang n i were actualli tinkin of tellin de otha 4 tat we were at kfc ...
coz they hav to eat at de food court...

then we took our 7pm ride up to genting...

now...
since we took so many pix...

til i got fed up at de end of the trip ...

then we went bac at bout 1am...
after a few games of chor dai dee, ppl slowly went to sleep...
but at 2 sumtin,
yong kwang n i decided to breathe in very cool air 4 2 hours or so...

de cars we happened to see in front of highlands hotel i tink...

de nex sleepy n super cold day... de group woke up wif mor pix...

she said tat day in de mornin tat our good aura wif taking pweety pix was bac again

dis is yong kwang, he n i got along coz we both weren reli into thrilling as well as wet rides :)

our first ride came:
de pirate boat - mao mao n i were de most scared ones...
it was decided tat each end shud hav 2 gals n 2 guyz...
we screamin at each otha oni...

de 2nd ride:
the elephant ride - something decent afta a scary one...

3rd ride - de dizzy ride...
4th ride - de boat ride
kwang n i knew we made de rite decision when they all came out half wet...

their coldness brought us to hot soups in pizza hut...
its free lunch !!!
mao mao so nice belanja...

then we went to take de mor expensiv custom decorated pix...
*our legs were soaring bending n changin positions in de 12 diff shots*

we finalli decided tat we'd enjoy karaoke rather than freezin wif de rides outside...
so...
while de gentlemen went to pick up our stuff, de ladies had a nothin-beta-to-do photo session...

apparently, my new coll frenz decided to spend every wednesday wiseli becoz for anotha 4 weeks, we won hav no holiday no more...

las week was jus a simple movie, for this week, we decided to SING !!! :)

klcc field trip ;D

decided its been long since my last post...was busy wif a few tins lately...

in this first week of my new college studies, we had our first field trip on thursday to klcc's petronas gallery...

the exhibition exhibits the masterpieces of Ahmad Zakii Anwar.
it was named 'DISCLOSURE'

de day started wif a ride in the coll vans to Taman Bahagia LRT station.
Then we took a longgggg lrt ride 10 stations away to klcc...
was so longg we could do al kinds of nonsense...
like...

* since 90% of my classmates are outstationers, it was interestin to see them get all excited wif de lrt n klcc itself (for a number of them, it was their first time u see..)

we finally arrived but stil had to wait for our lecturer n a few mor otha ppl who couldnt catch de train, cos it was such a big bunch...

afta smellin de aromatic rotiboy n goin up many many escalators, we're finally ther...

*kent insisted on posin in front of de board...

then we went in to see de hundred ova drawings wif de diff tunes of 'uhhhhh's and 'ahhhhh's...
tink de phrase tat we said de most was "so real lar..."

n so we went makan first...
then we went out to hav our very own sunny photo session...

we wen bac to meet up jus in time to catch mr zakii...had his advice in art n al... then a huge group pic...he's de guy in de white shirt in de middle...

we're finally done n are good to go bac wif happy hearts...

on de way bac in de lrt, de chat bout horror movies were reli eerie...

we arrived bac at kbu bout 3pm n received de best news we've eva had in de week:
no class today!!!
no homework oso!!!
YEA!!!

k now... tats about it.. i hav to inspire myself on how to express my emotions wif lines now...
